Inspections
Independent eyes on the work — before it’s buried.
On most projects, the only people checking whether the work is right are the people who did it. By the time a problem surfaces, it’s usually behind drywall. Independent inspection puts a qualified, disinterested expert on your side of the wall — at the moments that matter.
Inspections are performed by a certified building inspector and coordinated through Build PM Advisors as part of owner-side oversight.

Why It Matters
The builder’s inspector isn’t your inspector.
Municipal inspections confirm minimum code — not quality, not workmanship, and not whether the installation matches what you’re paying for. The builder’s own quality checks, when they happen, answer to the builder.
An independent inspection at the right milestones — rough-in, pre-drywall, key system completions — catches the things that are cheap to fix now and expensive to discover later. It’s verification that answers to you.

What’s Covered
Subject-matter expertise across the trades.
Inspections are performed by a certified building inspector with deep, discipline-specific expertise — the kind of read that comes from doing the work, not just checking a box.
Plumbing
Rough-in and finish review — supply, drainage, venting, fixtures, and pressure — against code and the drawings.
Electrical
Service, panels, circuiting, grounding, and device work reviewed for code compliance and quality of installation.
Mechanical / HVAC
Equipment sizing, ductwork, ventilation, and system performance checked against design intent.
